Ymese in our heart is like a second family, where we spend at least 8 hours a day and 5 days a week, together. That makes no difference compared to other workplaces, but in most cases, you would just call each other colleagues.
As often as siblings would fight, we’re no exception. While we can share with each other about almost everything that bugs us, sometimes you’ll find us arguing hard. It’s nothing negative. Actually, we learn a lot through conflicts and value each other’s point of views.
The perks of being a Ymeser is that you’ll always have someone to listen to your opinion, regardless of how silly it might sound.
We welcome and respect differences

They may say you’re weird. We believe that you’re just different.
They may say you’re too blunt. We respect that everyone is free to express their opinions.
At Ymese, you never have to pretend or try hard to be someone you’re not. We’d love to see your true self. No matter what others say, you just need to be proud of who you are. It’s the very first step to succeed at Ymese.
Your imperfection is what makes you a perfect fit for us. We’re all learning, growing and getting “bigger” every single day spent together.
How about the way we look?
Each one of us is an original. But as a Ymeser, we always look energetic and passionate about what we do. A humorous mind and lots of jokes would count, too.
We share one thing in common: our vision. We’ll surely do whatever it takes to achieve our shared goal together, as a winning team, with a winning mentality.
If there’s something that makes us look alike, it’s definitely the smile on our faces when watching each other improve and gradually become a better version of ourselves.
